Why We Need Cross Field Worker




Overview
You will assume that a company always hire smart people with high qualification profile or smart people with index prestation above average. Are you agree..?
Thats 100% wrong, in a real condition a company always hire someone that could work with their style and adapt the company culture.

You will find different rule and question when you have interview with others comapany. Some of company have particular criteria for hiring employee with leadership value.
Some company have criteria to find an employee with less leadership leadership but work oriented and obey the rule. its depend on the company orientation and value that wanna be reached.

So whats the main idea for hire some one?
When companies hire someone, they always find the expert person to get the best result. It's true, but in the real work team you need person with different backround. Here show that some times you need to add one or two employee from another field to give another perspection about your worrk.

In Telco field, you need one or two people that involved in art or design. Why we needed this kind of employee? Cause  art sense needed on some aspect such branding product, event company and advertising.


Lazy people in analyze & database
This is some case that will be bad decision in our mind if we hire lazy people in analyze and database.  But dont you relize this kind of person could work with fast and efficiency for some fild. Actually it could give efficience and best result. The opposite criterie doesnt mean bad decision sometimes.

Technical people in Art
Technical people is always needed in every part. They also needed in such liberal art or in real art. Why in this kind of art they needed?? they needed to be frame or to give art guideline and prespective that make art product ready to perform. Why? it will make art could be consume by public and easy to convert art product to be something comercial or useable thing by positioning technical people in some art project.

Party people in engineer
Engineer person typically hard work person with kind of interest in research or machine. They have less social value and influence. So why we need this kind of party people? This party people could make condition balance between work, social activity and work vision. We need to add more people to make work rhytm life and cheerfull.

Art people in mechanical machine
do you know who is designer of the skyscraper and high building? who is the designer of ferrari car. it must be a civil engineer and car mechanic designer. But behind this amazing build and  all mechanic design. there are some artisst who give an art touch so this mechanical build and machine could be look so beautifull.

Anger people in yoga
Here is the analogy that seems like every yoga trainer is wise and calm person. But dont you realize that we can hire anger people to be trainer such Yin and Yang combine in one fusion. The anger people train to be yoga instructor. It will give big knowledge to some one how to maintain and handle the anger, stress, bad emotion with qualified and experienced background. Thats will make yoga train more healthy and more real calmness.


Employee needed sometimes doesn't equal with employee capability and background. That's why work process and management office  created best condition with some parameter to make this kind of input to be a great rhytm for company target.
