Pyramide, The Story of Go Public Company



Ever heard of food pyramide, business pyramide or population pyramide ? This is the story about pyramide structure and how the company works. We can compare how a company formed at the begin. How it starts with hard work, solid team and passion growth become big company. If we compare all of this type of company, they have a pattern and the same working cycle since century ago . They ever on the position of start up, scale up and go public company.

The structure of a company is like a pyramide, where the team is essentially composed of triangles. The strong pillars are the main frame that needed by company pyramide. The base position of pyramide estabilished by the formation of a strong and solid team. While the top position is choosen figure to create brand and direct the company.

The leader is a head position, which all the orders and policies instructed. The lead usally is not a decision maker but just representatives for the power that works.
The main structure is a structure forming the frame of building. it has main position to support the building strong and standing. All the fillers of a building can be destroyed but the main structure that will standing as strong pillar for a building
The outer ring is outer part of building wherethe function provides outdoor display, protecter and shield against outside attacks
The supporter  is the small part or big part such cement, nail, sands and all devices that used to build the building
The base is the lowest, but it's the most important part. The srong base is the strong foundation of building
The bricks are same form of devices or material that used to fill the building.

A company is like a country on a small scale. There are builders, boosters and the leader. Whatever the form of a company, it's not separated from the original vision what's built for. There are companies that built for benefit oriented, another for chairity and the other to benefit and welfare of employees.

We know that big companies with cotton, tea, tobacco, pepper, nutmeg and oil comodity have evolved their business since years ago. History is the witness that they had reached sucsess on that time. However they have reform their business strategy and their company form to survive in the future.

The sucsess standard of company is not only depends on trend but also strategy and managerial. Remember VOC as colonial company which reached its heyday up to invade the Dutch East Indies is one of the one of most sucsessfull company in Europe in 18 th century. Today it had been vanished and evolve in to another international company
This overview is an analogy of building a company team.
Every single brick that build pyramide has their own function. We can change the top position to the base or some where else but it'll not work like before.

-Is the company pyramide the best shape for corporation structure today?
-Whats make difference between one and another company to struggle for their live years.

All of the companies is evolved from their comodity, style and their life cycle. From start up to big company or from big company into start. This life cycle of company and their role is to maintain sustainable and continuity of a company

a small company (small pyramide) wanna expand their ability (increase the height) to be big company what must to do?

In case 1 some of them will sell their bricks and buy some woods to extend new pyramide where the base built from wood and upper part is the brick
In case 2 they will sell their pyramide and built new one that built from woods
In case 3 they will rent the bricks and payback for the leasing pyramid

The conclusion are :
-The pyramide of company doesnt need tobe triangle anymore to make it sustain, big and stronge
-The life cycle is a process that make a small brick into big pyrmide or big pyramide become a dust
