Shalat shalat... aduh tar aja, capek nih... skip it from our mind shalat lah sebelum di shalatin wkwkwkwk betul kan...

Eh si itu sakit lo..., babe gw sakit nih, kakek gw g bisa berdiri gimana shalatnya ya...???

Nah, inilah Islam dimana ada beberapa keringanan bagi orang yang sakit/orang yang berhalangan/tidak bisa berdiri ataupun yang memang ingin shalat sambil duduk.

Hukum asal dari shalat sendiri adalah berdiri..., sebagai penguatnya dalah

Sesuai dengan sabda Rasulullah Saw:
"Shalatlah kamu dengan berdiri, bila tidak bisa, sambil duduk. Bila tidak bisa sambil berbaring."(HR. Bukhari, Abu Daud, & Ahmad)

Dari hadist di atas perintah pertama dalam shalat adalah berdiri.., so berdiri ya jangan nyender r males2an.

Kalau misal ada yang sakit gimana ya...? rasulullah juga telah mengajarkan cara shalat yang sesuai.

Imran bin Husain Radhiyallahu’anhu berkata : “Saya pernah mengidap penyakit bawasir (ambeien) [1], lalu saya bertanya kepada Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam, maka beliau bersabda :

“Shalatlah dengan berdir. Bila tidak sanggup, shalatlah dengan duduk. Bila tetap tidak sanggup, maka shalatlah dengan berbaring.”[2]

Dalam hukumnya shalat sambil berdiri itu wajib untuk shalat fardhu, dan boleh untuk duduk pada shalat sunnah namun konsekuensinya kita hanya mendapatkan pahala setengah dari sholat sunnah. Namun kalau dalam kondisi sakit dan ada uzur maka tetep pahalanya full alias sempurna .

Dia (Imran) r.a. salah seorang sahabat juga berkata : “Saya pernah bertanya kepada Nabi tentang seseorang yang shalat dengan duduk.” Beliau Shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam menjawab :
“Barangsiapa shalat dengan berdiri itu lebih utama. Barangsiapa shalat dengan duduk, maka ia hanya mendapatkan separuh dari pahala orang yang shalat dengan berdiri. Barangsiapa shalat dengan tidur (dalam riwayat lain : dengan berbaring), ia (hanya ) mendapatkan separuh dari pahala orang yang shalat dengan duduk.” HR. Ibnu Majah dan Ahmad dengan sanad shahih.

Yang dimaksud dengan orang yang shalat sambil berbaring adalah orang yang sakit.

Lalu bagaimana kalau sholat sambil bersandar bantal atau tongkat atau yang lain..??


Rasulullah shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam pernah membesuk orang yang sakit, beliau melihat orang tersebut shalat diatas bantalnya, maka beliau mengambil bantal itu, dan melemparkannya. Lalu orang itu mengambil Al Aud [5] agar bisa shalat diatasnya. Maka beliau mengambil dan melemparkannya kemudian beliau shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam bersabda :
“Shalatlah diatas tanah, jika kamu sanggup. Jika tidak sanggup, shalatlah dengan isyarat. Jadikanlah posisi sujudmu lebih rendah dari posisi ruku’mu.HR. Thabrani, Al Bazzar dan Ibnu Sammak dalam kitab hadits beliau (2/67) dan Baihaqi. Sanadnya shahih sebagaimana yang telah aku jelaskan dalam kitab Ash Shahihah no. Hadits 323.

HRD and Job spefication

Pada bagian Job spesification tidak terlepas dari adanya job description. Job Description disini menyangkut segala penjabaran yang dibutuhkan agar suatu pekerjaan dapat berjalan secara efisien dan efektif.
Job Spesification bagi seorang HR berisi spesifikasi panduan untuk melakukan rekruitasi dan seleksi. Mengenai Job Spesifikasi R.J, Harvey memberikan panduan beberapa tindakan yang termasuk dalam job spesification:
1. Semua job dan pembagiannya harus di identifikasi dan diukur dalam sebuah aturan, salah satunya seperti technnik analyisis job.
2. Suatu golongan orang2 berpengalaman atau para ahli (expert) harus merinci keahlian2 yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan job2 tertentu.
3. Setiap keahlian harus diukur atau dilihat tingkatannya
4. Karakteristik yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan harus teridentifikasi secara rinci. Salah satunya seperti Reqruitments secara langsung dan profesional sertifikat.
5. Tiap keahlian yang terspesifikasi harus terhubung dengan pekerjaan yang sesuai
Job Description of Human Resources Manager meliputi
1. bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur administrative kerja
2. Bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan kegiatan administrasi HRM meliputi recruitement, examination, selection, promotion dll.
3. Membuat dan merencanakan aturan yang menyediakan aturab yang efektif dan seragam.

1. Mempunyai pengalaman yang menunjang dalam kinerja HRM administrator minimal 6 tahun
2. Lulusan perguruan tinggi S1 dengan diutamakan dari jurusan Human resourcess, business administrator atau industrial psychology

Kegiatan HR merefleksikan kebutuhan organisasi akan hal-hal berikut:

Strategic Job Analysis yaitu sebuhah strategy kerja yang diterapkan untuk dapat mewadahi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Beberapa perusahaan memberikan fleksibility tim kerja yang besar pada pegawainya seperti AT and T, Hewlet Packet dan Pfizer. Berbeda dari sistem fleksibilitas kerja yang ada traditional tim work memiliki metode kerja seperti Jadwal kerja yang menekan, telecommuting, Job sharing.

Kung fu Panda “Holiday”

The film begins with the story of a great kung fu warrior, Poo and Mr. Shifu that will hold a big event that gather all kungfu master in the world. Even 5 greatest kung fu masters in China, The Furious Four with Po as the kungfu wariors it will possible became spectaculer event.

One day at holiday, Master Shifu require Poo to be a host in a gathering master that will hold in the Mr.Shifu palace . Poo is trusted to be a host in that ceremonial occassion by Mr.Shifu. Poo believe that he can make this ceremonial can be successfull and he can shows his ability. In the other hand Poo’s father feel disapointed cause this holiday poo must go outside to hold ceremony of grand master.

Poo try so hard to make this event become spectaculer and great but he also try to take a permit from his father. At the first step Poo try with chooe the best chef that can make the best dish that will be served. But poo still have a guilty feel to his father. So he thinks how to make sure his father to spend this holiday together with him. Poo offers his father to join in that’s event but he refuses that official offer. Poo has tried giving his father gold medal of spoon (a medalion for a best chef) but it’s useless. Poo’s father think that he must cook and serve all people in the holiday to make others happily and make them never feel alone. So he refuse it.

Poo feel guilty but he must optimaize this job to finish this task and make the events become great and spectaculler event. He try cook, fitting the costume bulid on some spectaculer artifical and another thing. But it’s useless, he just make all burn, broke and unusefull in everywhere. Finally a fur rabbit advice him to finish all of his problem with kungfu. He think that kungfu can finish all everything.

Poo gather all his friend and use their kungfu technic to realize this event. Finally this event is held with spectacular and great. Mr Shifu feel satisfay with Poo’s work and other fourious fou. They have make this event become special. Poo does’nt feel comfort and he feel guilty to his father because he doesn’t at home in the holiday. He take an apologizes and thanks to all audince in that event. He take a permission because he must left this event soon.

Finally Poo comes at the right time. He help his father to serve his friends, relative and family in that holiday. All of the people come to the Poo Cafe. All of Kung fu master , the fourious four and Mr.Shifu also come to celebrate holiday together.

Up 3D movie

It is a story about an old man (Mr Fredrick), a little boy (russel), an ancient bird and the smart dog. The story begin when Mr.Fredrick become old. When he was young he had an obsession with his wife to went to Paradise Falls in South America.

Now after the Ellie or his wife left that’s caused by disease in the old age , Carl become very sensitive to the relics of the wife. He does not want Ellie's belongings touched others. Until one day, he hit a construction worker that accidentally damage a post office box.

For this incident, Carl must judged. Decision of the judges say that Carl has to move to a nursing home 'Shady Oaks'. He is considered dangerous to society if left alone.

Carl has a way to escape from court decisions. Carl makes 10 thousand balloons containing gas to fly home. This run away action run smoothly, the balloons that he create able to fly his home to the sky.

But he meet a helper boy scout that’s involved in his way to the paradise fall. This boys scout’s name is russel. He is fat, fun, cheerful and has a big respect to others. He start this journey when he want to help Mr.Frederick to find a starnge bird to get scout’s medal by help others. When the ballons on the top of Mr.Frederick’s house he trapped in the balcon of that house. But it’s too late to go down, so Russel is involved in this journey by Mr.Frederick.

Russel always show that he can make everything right cos he is a boy scout. But Mr.Frederick always thing it useless. Finally they landing on the top mount of rocks near the paradise fall. They find an ancient and unique bird and smart dog that is following on their way to the paradise fall.

Mr.Frederick, russel, ancient bird and the dog meet a hunter of the ancient bird on the way. So they must avoid the hunter that want to cage the ancient bird. They run to paradise fall and keep the ancient bird save. Finally russel, Mr.Frederick can help the ancient bird back to the habitat. So russel get the medal from the scout and he lives together with the dog and Mr.Frederick happily ever after.

Pirates of The Caribean “The world’s end”

It is a story about a group of pirates. The story about a sea war, love and sacrifice. The story begin when the group of pirates are gathered by Captain Barboza and Ms.Elizabeth Swan in Singapore. They have a mission to block the attack from E.I.C (English Indian Company). EIC has a destiny to destroy all pirates under the kingdom laws. Captain Barboza, Bill Turner, Tia dalma and Elizabeth Swan find a secret about “calypso” in their voyage to find the world’s end. A secret that has conection about world’s end, Davy Jones and Calypso.

Davy Jones the evil pirates that has tentacle, is a captain of flying dutchman ship. An immortal people that has changed become a ghost. The Flying Dutch man is a gosht ship that has cooperate with evil to sail all around the world. Davy jones cooperate with E.I.C to take a ravange to the Jack Sparrow. Jack sparrow is a friend of Bill Turner, Ms. Elizabeth Swan and captain Barboza. This ravange is to get the Jack’s Sparrow compass. This compass is the key guide all of the pirates to find the pirates’s secret.

In the other side Captain Barboza, Bill Turner, Tia dalma and Elizabeth Swan try to bring a back Jack sparrow from dead in the world’s end. So They must find out the secret about Calypso. They find the clue about “edge of the world” and “when the sun goes down, up is on the down”. So they can go down to the end’s world. So they bring jack Sparrow back to the real life. In this way to the world’s end they get the clue who is the callypso? Why callypso is important for davy jones?

The secret of calypso answer now, the callypso is Tia Dalma. A shaman woman that help Jack Sparrow to find out the secret of map. Tia Dalma is a Davy Jones’s wife.

After they know about “calypso’s secret”, Jack sparrow, Captain Barboza and Miss Elizabeth swan have a destination to the pirates island. This gathering is followed by pirates in every part of sea. In this pirates island, the group of pirates have a discuss to prepare a sea war with E.I.C. that has cooperate with Davy Jones. In this gathering Elizabeth swan is choosed to be a king of pirates. So the war will go soon. The war between Elizabeth swan, Jack Sparrow and Captain Barboza vs Davy Jones, Bill Turner and captain EIC are full of intrict and strategy. The war start now, but they sacrifice Tia Dalma at first.

Then this sea war become extremely dangerous because callypso make the storm in the sea. War betwen E.I.C. people, soldier of the ghost ship and the pirates are very hard. In this war Davy Jones succesfully kill Bill Turner, then jack sparrow kill the Davy Jones from back side. After the Davy Jones die Bill turner become the captain of the flying dutchman by sacrifice his heart in the ghost locker. So the black pearl (Jack Sparow’s ship) cooperate with gosht ship (Flying dutch’s man ship) to attack E.I.C ship.

1. Narrative

At the end year of 2000, was historical day for a group of young boy. They were Andri Darwis and his friends. A group of Indonesian boy that lived in United States. They were studied in the Senior High school of Tenesse. As a group of young Indonesian boy they had together activity until they got in the University. Some times they felt some homesick of Indonesia when they played together. It cause they felt far away from their friends, comunity and their relative in Indonesia.

One day they decided to make a web. They thought, it would gathered Indonesian people to joined their web group. The web’s name was KasKus. The Acronim from the word “Kasak” and “Kusuk”.

At the first time it just for hobby for them to talked each other with Indonesian by this web. They used it to reduced their home sick of Indonesia. Every month the visitor rised up. They felt so happy and added some fitur and forum in this web to make the visitor felt comfort.

Three years later this web really had thousand member, so it needed maintenance and bigger capacity of web server. So they used personal fund to make this web survive. It was so hard for them to bought some web server to increased of the capacity every month. It needed milion dollar of cost. So they thought about make this web comercially. They needed a sponshorship, comerciall advertisement and make yheir own firm.

And now this web has 2.5 millioon user active and 3.3 trillion article n forum.

2. Descriptive

It is a nicely thing to browsing internet. When you type “http://www.kaskus.us” in search bar of mozilla firefox or internet explorer. You will find the web page with the big head title of “Kaskus”. The title has special colour blue and orange. “Kas” word has blue glow of font colour and “Kus” word has orange glow of font colour. Kaskus has icon of blue little man as smile icon that located near the head title. This icon has name Mimin and Momod. “Momod” for male icon and blue ones. “Mimin ” for female icon and pink ones. Momod are often appear near the head title.

In the first page you will find a home page that has a pastel and brown colour. At the below the head title and Momod icon you will see the main bar. The main bar contain of search folder, domain folder and advertisement bar. Above the Advertisement space bar there is a little bar that sperate the table article and , the main table above. There are little kind of colourful icon that have title of Forum, Lounge, news and politics, jual beli, jokes etc. It show the forum that will choose by kaskus member or “Kaskuser”.

You can posting some thread when you have join kaskus. When you post some article the other also can comment and give salute to your article with adding some “cendol” and it will appear as green point.

Kaskus is once of social network and the url of web page www.Kaskus.us. This web is builded by Andrew Darwis and friends start from 6 November 2000, and actife status from 2001. This web is typically comercially web and using indonesian language as main language. This Kaskus is owned by PT. Darta Media Indonesia that publish from 6 November 2000. The amount of kaskus user is up to 2.5 million and have 3million page of article.

4. Persuasive/ Argumentative

Kaskus is a once of largest network s in Indonesia. Kaskus also has influence economic, education and social movement for a lot of people. The lounge forum has support social network and share interesting artikel. “Forum Jual Beli” or “Purcahing Forum” supporting the memmber to sell or buy something. Kaskus is a once of largest community in Indonesia that has a lot of mass as much as facebook and twitter. Kakus has a better articel than facebook or twitter. In twitter or facebook we just can search short and simple note or article but we can find a lot of articel are uploaded by kaskuser in kaskus. The article contain healthy , economic, traveling, jokes and lot of nice articels.

It is not always better to use kaskus than twitter or face book when you want to chat with some one. In kaskus it just post coment and private massage. But in Twitter we can get the updated news and in the facebook we can privately chat wit some one.

Kaskus as network social is so famous for Indonesian people. It is easy steps when you want to join or follow this social web networking.
